Only five states currently license the mold industry! We are licensed in the state of FL for both Mold Assessment and Mold Remediation, although we ONLY do assessments, in order to bring a higher standard to our business in NC.

Linda served as a certification and licensing course developer and trainer for Best Training School, an approved training provider for several state licensing boards, NORMI and ACAC certifications, and ongoing continuing education requirements for contractors. 

Training and certifications in Inter-NACHI and NORMI have enabled us to increase our knowledge  in Building Sciences, Moisture Detection, Infrared Thermography, and other related topics.
